I love how easy it is to file every year. :) What I don't love is how they get you ro sign up for additional product services and cannot go back to review them once they have been selected. I okayed a certain additional service but my fees at the end did not add up....

As a result, all previous Turbo tax documents are no longer available, preventing me from accessing last year's AGI. I have no records of my returns dating back at least 15 years. How is this possible on such a well known site???

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like the new interface I used the live CPA support which calmed my nerves and gave me a sense of security. It cost a little more. It was a little bit easier to follow.
