Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good product, but has glitches I've used TT for many years and prefer it to any other tax prep product but it has some glitches that Intuit needs to tell its user(s). The biggest problem I have encountered is the program shutting down with no explanation when data is entered into the any of the Deduction fields. After years of searching for a solution to the problem I read on an online blog to turn off your personal firewall and anti-virus while preparing your return. I tried it and it works!! I had the shut down problem for two of the past three tax years and could never get anyone from Intuit to return my questions or help me resolve the issue. If you have problems, go online and query a blog for troubleshooting
