Rated 3 out of 5 by from Download issues I've used Turbotax for years with the CD from Costco, and this year I purchased it from Costco online, which was a download instead of a CD. I spent hours trying to download with no success. Turbotax Q & A was unhelpful. I tried a long list of suggestions from online sources, and the one that finally worked was to change the display resolution. What? I have no idea what that has to do with downloading software. I am glad I am done, after working all day on very easy, uncomplicated tax returns, and I don't know how eager I will be next year to use Turbotax next year, at least the download version. A number of other frustrated users on the community boards had the same issues, with no resolution.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax was not a good experience this year. I have used TurboTax ever since they had a version for macs. This year the experience was very frustrating. I had to buy a new computer to use the program, since my old computer did not have new enough software, then the program was buggy. Documentation kept saying to use the "jump to" feature and it did not exist for macs. Never did find out how to access change refund. I had to use the forms feature, and even there, I could not change it in the box that made the most sense. It makes no sense to have a search feature that take you nowhere. I am very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is pretty good! Couldn't get your CD to function even with live help from your tech support. Sent it back for a refund. The online was simpler, but not quite as thorough as the disc was to the extent it worked.
