Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gets worse every year Getting automatically routed to a product marketing site when trying to log in isn't very reassuring. Also not reassuring is being virtually forced to import forms (even though the number of institutions they actually link to is limited) or scan forms in and then having to repeatedly correct the information turbotax misreads from the forms -- it actually seemed easier to enter the info myself rather than having to check and correct their scanning. I tried taking advantage of the chat, took about 20 minutes for someone to get to me. I asked a basic question about what number to use for my property tax. After misreading my question twice the 'advisor' just stopped responding to me. Might be time to look elsewhere for tax software and support.
