Rated 3 out of 5 by from I thought it got cheaper.. but no. The service is still fine… but I thought they got burned for charging more than advertised a while back. I thought they were using more transparent practices… but a very simple return just cost me over $220 instead of the $139 I was expecting. Cheap shot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax IS awesome Very helpful thorough program. Not to mention "other" platforms but this Full Service Premium is the way to go for our situation. I am a small business owner and I need help sorting through all the "stuff". I'll never do my taxes without a live person helping again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy to use but feels like they steal your money I chose the plan I wanted to pay to do my taxes. I chose the cheapest option. At the end I ended paying almost $150 more than what was advertised. I also couldn’t go back and change the stuff they automatically added to my return. They make it impossible to go back to change that at the end.

So after you've made it through everything some hours later- Turbo Tax slaps it on you that the only way to proceed is to give them money. Sleezy to corner folks like that.
