Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lower than your usual standards Difficulty filing taxes this year due to a form you kept having pop up to consent to share our information with your partners for products you think we want. This was very annoying. Also, no access to prior returns from the sign in even after attempting to follow the instruction provided. Also Kept trying to get us to sign up for additional services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is superior to all others I have been preparing my personal tax returns from basic W-2 income only through owning a small business, rental properties, and investments. When preparing returns professionally for other companies I continued to use Turbo Tax for my personal use. It was simpler and easier to use than the other tax software. It is written for a novice to be able to use it and at the same time a professional can use it without being required to go through all the steps the novice needs to step through. I am confident that when I have not kept abreast of the current tax changes Turbo Tax will still produce an accurate return.

The program is always kept up to date with the latest information; the system provides detailed explanations and information, and live assistance is accessible (though I have never attempted to use it, so not sure how well that works).
