I have a large 27-inch monitor, and the software makes the type too small. Make it easy for us old folks to read 2. I often ask weird questions that I don't understand how they will impact my returns. Do a better job as to why you are asking question and give option - "I don't know"

TOOK A GUESS AND ENDED UP OWING TAXES - I HAVE NO IDEA WHETHER I GUESS CORRECTLY. THIS DID NOT FILL ME WITH CONFIDENCE! It should not have taken four hours to do my taxes - I have ONE W-2.
