Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I have been using turbo tax for over 9 years and its my choice program to use when doing. my taxes. I love the graphics and how easy it walks you step by step. I also had a question nearing the tax day deadline and was able to speak with someone with little to no wait. I highly recommend using turbo tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive and didn’t appreciate the upsale Turbo tax is a good product to make it easier to submit your w-2s however the moment I can find a better product that doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg is the day I will ditch turbo tax. I didn’t have a choice to pick the standard edition. I didn’t need the upgrade but I can’t go back to and change it. I would like a refund on the difference because this tricky sales tactics and I am not happy with this method. I will leave for another tax preparation software.

This year it failed to pull prior year information forward. This cost me 6 hours to trouble shoot and ultimately input manually with help of your consultant.
