Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good but please improve the password entry When entering a password for downloading financial information from financial institutions, TurboTax does not allow you to copy and paste your password. Every year this causes me a lot of frustration because my password has a lot of special characters in it. Please enable pasting in the password field!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome service!! Very helpful associate I was having some issues with upgrading my account but the person I spoke with was very helpful. I believe her name was Danaya and she walked me through the steps to help me finishing filing! :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs a lot of work The support is horrible. Phone calls not returned. The installed a new feature when you want pay with a credit card but it isn't explained anywhere in the software!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years but at this point I am disgusted with it. I purchased the deluxe version so that I could e-file the federal & tax returns. At this point, I have had to complete my tax forms off-line because the package will not let me even start it online. I click on the State button, it tells me that it's downloaded but it doesn't tell me where. I tried it the 2nd time with the same result. Did a search on my computer but didn't find it. Re-booted by computer & tried to access it again. it says that it looks for an update & my download is up-to-date but I still don't have access to it. I've been working on this for almost a week & I have no idea what to do other than file a paper copy. You may have just lost a customer
