Rated 1 out of 5 by from scamed i used turbo tax after i joined the army 10 years ago next year ill finally have a job that pays more. but right now my job was a stepping stone. I thought I was using the free everything said free tell I went to file and i had to pay more then my return at the cheapest point. ill pay someone to do my next year and it wont be TurboTax I feel scammed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage Product Race function is hilarious when it doesn't even cover half the steps needed to complete your taxes. Web app deletes everything when you switch to a different module making it extremely difficult to correct issues. Lastly, stop trying to hide fees and upgrades within the process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE the ease of TurboTax TurboTax is super easy and takes a lot of fear out of filing taxes. I appreciate that it is also very secure and there are options to upgrade if you need additional protection or prefer to talk to a Live agent.
