Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Experience With Taxes EVER! I was unable to download the additional state return I needed. It would not accept my payment. Even after two credit cards and a deb it card it still didn't work I had to call in twice. The first time I waited on hold while the hold music played. Then it stopped, and there was dead air. After 10 minutes of that I gave up and called back in. I called back and was finally able to talk to a live person. This process alone took over an hour and a half! Now, I'm not sure if the e-file process completed. I went through all the steps and used my credit card to pay for what I needed to. Now, when I click on Check E-file Status, it tells me I haven't filedl yet.
