Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money and time This year I ran into a lot of issues. My federal return was rejected 2X, I could not e-file my state. I entered and checked all information several times but in the end had to mail both returns. I use an online or software prep. so I don't have to mail them. I have had issues in the past with mailing. I spend $178.00 for the cheapest version and it did not do what I needed it to do. I spent a lot of time and money for a flawed program, I should have had someone do them for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used to be free It's hard to rate it any stars when the entire service used to be free but now I've got to spend 100s just to get the same tax return submitted that I've been sending through this service for YEARS. It's pretty disheartening honestly.
