Rated 2 out of 5 by from WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! The price is absolutely insane. Pretty easy to use, not sure of the accuracy after talking to a couple of friends & accountants but I waited til the last minute so it was my only option. There is no reason to charge so much. Shame.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective Previously in the past, I use to do my taxes solo with Turbo tax and it was amazing. I was equitable. Last year, I had to purchase live agent with Turbo tax to assist but I would have enjoyed if I got a longer lesson. This time, i had to pay turbo tax and additional $100 plus dollars to tell the government that I lost $4 dollars. I believe this process could become more equitable. If I was making thousands or more, then yes, but it feels like a hit verses a collaboration. I enjoyed collaborating with TurboTax, I don't enjoy being financial attacked. Next Year, I plan on making excess profits, I would prefer to collaborate when completing my taxes.
