They always help make filing my taxes a breeze. This time around, I spoke to a live representative, and he helped me resolve an issue swiftly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is user friendly Turbotax helped me file my returns in days. Upload feature for W2 and 1099 forms are very helpful. It will be helpful to have upload feature for Certificate of rent paid as well. The price is a bit expensive.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax helps but confuses me... While it helps in a lot of areas, especially getting your taxes done at the last minute. It still lacks in areas such as explaining why your return goes down as you claim expenses for a business but your right offs go up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Umm Turbo Tax Turbo Tax Technology and being able to upload instead of having to do it manually is good. Going thru the process is pretty easy to understand. What I don't like is the fee to do a federal and state and Turbo Taxs extra fees at he end . Caught me by surprise . Stop Taxing so much Turbo Tax !
