Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not sure what I'd do without TurboTax I've been using TurboTax for over 5 years. Prior to TurboTax I mostly paid someone to do my taxes. This doesn't seem to turn out much cheaper but I can get them done on my own and not have to deliver a bunch of documents to someone which is convenient. I hate, hate, hate, doing taxes. I literally wait until the last minute and TurboTax saves the day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from User friendly It was easier to use than I expected- it was my first time filing my own tax. I liked the easy-to-understand instructions. The downside was that I had to upgrade to the premium even though I selected the basic option at the beginning of the process.
