Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as previous years The process seemed more complicated - too easy to repeat actions that then resulted in duplicate entries. I noticed them in the review and had to go back and correct. The whole process seemed very repetitive.

System prompts you for everything and explains about the info being requested and where to find it on your hard copy forms. There is cost to it but far less expensive than using tax prep companies.

I learned a lot and gained a clearer picture of high level tax law changes that impact me without the burden of doing my taxes myself. Just a wonderful experience!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Use Turbot Tax for over 20 Years As per the title, I have used Turbo Tax successfully for many many years. My 2020 experience was more of the same success. To my pleasant surprise, TurboTax applied the "Recovery rebate credit" that I was not aware of reducing my tax lability my $2,680. Thank you! My only minor software aggravation came when I was printing the final package. Instead of a simple "Print" command I found myself in a loop going from "Print review" to "Save as a file". Then when I finally found the proper command to print I got 82 pages, many or most of which are likely never to see the light of day again. I am probably the cause of the printing issue but, if so, I suggest clearer printing commands and or instructions to one, begin the print and second, to minimize the paper and ink used.. That is why a 4 star and not a 5 star this year. Otherwise, I LOVE your product.
