Rated 2 out of 5 by from Some issues with downloading, getting started etc I have used the free version in the past without any problems or concerns but this year my filing has changed a little bit. I am filing taxes for my Mother and I my own filing became more complicated so I needed to use a different version, a paid version. The download was not smooth at all. I purchased via Target two days before taxes were due. The program did not want to run. I ended up uninstalling & reinstalling 3 times, and I still had to do updates for the software. I was very disappointed that there was no one available at TurboTax Intuit for any software assistance, especially on deadline day. When it finally loaded I was still unclear as to how many tax returns I could prepare, ie was it for only one individual or could I use it for two people? I was disappointed that I could not import previous years taxes associated with SSN. A differerent person had filed taxes for my Mother using Turbo Tax Intuit and was surprised tha her SSN was not recognized or offered the option of somehow importing her tax history; or my own tax history.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sloppy, crappy pre-filing checks, double charged!! For $180 it told me my filing was all good to go. Two hours later my return was rejected for missing a form. Had to pay an EXTRA $99 to refile the corrected return. Last time I use this crappy software. I'll pay a CPA to take the headache off my hands!
