Rated 3 out of 5 by from ok, needs work Overall, it got the job done, but finding earlier line by line info from my return for my wife to use and vice versa for me to use to complete the return was extremely difficult- I had to pay for TurboTax in full before I could look back into my half finished return. Also the live help was a glitchy nightmare- never could get connected properly for assistance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from A tax on the money that you were overtaxed Turbo tax is quite intuitive and easy to navigate thanks to their simple and streamlined gui. However, they will periodically interrupt your tax filing to spam you with fear tactics designed to scare you into upgrading to ever-increasing $$ versions of the software. Additionally, there is no easy or simple way to import your Quickbooks online itemized expenses and income, even though they are the same company and advertise that they play together well. It's especially ironic that after paying hundreds of dollars to access the money that was stolen from me in excess, I still had to pay sales tax. Sales tax to pay the access tax to receive excess tax.
