I e-filed and paid my federal and state taxes on 4/16/2023 through one bank account for federal and another account for state and neither went through even though I remember going through all of the steps. I just paid again today however will likely be hit with interest and penalties due to this. I have used Turbo Tax for years and this is the first time this has happened.

This is the first year I had issues loading the previous year's tax information. I have a new laptop and tried to sign into my account to no avail. I had to create a new account which made absolutely no sense.
