Rated 5 out of 5 by from I will only use Turbo Tax Turbo Tax is easy to use and I wouldn't use anything else. I always buy the extra protection where they represent you to IRS and let me tell you it is worth every dime. Don't skip Max, you don't want to regret it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustratingly and Sometimes Childish Have been using this for years and not much has changed except now it seems to be attempting to "dumb it down" presumably for the younger generations who want to be entertained while completing an important task. As with all Intuit products, the software is getting hold and they really don't modernize things and they certainly don't simplify the process. I use them because I have always used them and don't really want the frustration of changing - but if you are new to using this type of service, I would suggest comparing products and making a decision based on what is the most professional not the most popular.
