It was confusing, and I felt like I wasn't kept in the loop with what was going on during the time I spent with them. With turboTax, I am able to fill out the information, and if I need help I can ask for help!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It is a Strugglr I have had this for years im still troubled by all the pop ups to get you to upgrade and the lack of many items not being pulled over from the previous tax year is annoying. like ask me if I still have the same vehicles their weights do not change, they charge a good amount for state but DO NOt back the state filing you are on your own with state.

When reviewing the return Turbo Tax said I needed a state ID number which could not be found. It finally processed the return without the ID number.??? 3. Help section would not accept any questions or requests. id

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as easy for me, but I did it with Turbo Tax! All went well. Had to change my email address to get verification code, but Turbo walked me through how to make that change. Excellent!
