Rated 2 out of 5 by from Questions not answered I was not able to get my questions answered by the help button or search button. I was not able to look at any forms until I filed. I was not told that state deductions would be itemized automatically if it were the best choice. I was repeated harrassed about paying more. The program is not user friendly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Its terrible. Whats the point in paying a turbo tax agent to do your taxes when you have to fill out the forms step by step anyways? You literally just do them yourself. I tried both the free and paid, and its literally the exact same questions. Save yourself a few hundred bucks and do them yourself, you- since you literally are anyways.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works I appreciated that auto-fill forms feature. My only dislike, was when the form would not let me enter the information as I found it on the hard copy. When I searched the "help" feature, it just explained what the information was, not how/where to enter it into the online forms.
