Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS EASY Been with Turbo Tax from many years. Left once in 2005 and filed with another online vendor. I promptly returned to Turbo Tax the next filing year; never to leave again! The online answers were enough for me. I've never had to 'live chat'. My adult children also us Turbo and have since they first needed to file.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax worked flawlessly this year. We've used TurboTax Deluxe every year for at least a decade. We've had good luck with it. This year was especially good. The entire process - opening the DVD, doing all of our taxes, and electronically transmitting Federal and State - went flawlessly. Very pleased!

Though I file online, I like the TurboTax app and ItsDeductible app. With TurboTax app, historical tax returns are a few clicks away. I also use the ItsDeductible app and the integration with TurboTax. Whenever I donate to any charity throughout the year, I enter it in It'sDeductible app and then download it when I file my tax returns. It's nice to have someone to speak to clarify any questions, but I wish TurboTax had few local offices. I can probably get additional tax advice with someone who is familiar with the local laws. Let me know if you have the feature.
