Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy, but kinda highway robbery. Spent 30ish minutes doing the refund, then it tells me pay $60 to get my retirement tax credit. Then to use the pay with tax refund methods costs another $40, which it doesn't tell you until later in the process. Cool, I spent most of that credit to... get the credit? Other than that, it's at least easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! I really like using Turbo tax to file taxes every year. I've been using Turbo Tax for 8 years and every year it get easier to use. This year, I had to wait for a few tax documents due to some life changes, so my filing was delayed. When I was finally able to file my taxes, Turbo Tax's simple user interface and user experience for returning customer did 50% of the work before I even started entering information. This makes it quick to file and removed the anxiety of filing later than usual. I'll be using TurboTax again next year ! :)
