Rated 2 out of 5 by from Married Filling Separately is a nightmare The instructions and order of operations for married filing separately is atrociously bad. It makes zero sense to fill out all the incomes and taxes and have the difference of income listed as "other income in addition to all the other line items. the help articles are useless and confuse the issue even more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is HORRIBLE They try to get you to upgrade, luring you into saving more, and being exceptionally vague and misleading at that. I will never use turbo tax again, and will be returning to H&R Block going forward. I CAN PAY LESS AND STILL GET LIVE HELP. I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never been so disappointed. Furthermore after exploring options I was unable to cancel premium, BUT for live help Turbo Tax TO SOLVE THE ISSUE wanted even more money. Never again. Could not give 0 stars but would have. Funny that isn't an option, they would have zero stars already
