Rated 1 out of 5 by from Confusing They add extra taxes after they tell you the total amount you need to pay to file. The pop ups that are supposed to help you understand what you're doing are not helpful and confusing. For some reason I made more in 2021 than 2022 yet I am paying more in taxes, this is the first year that I owe any fedral taxes so I would love to know why because I have not changed anything in my status.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from so so Turbotax does a lot of the leg work for tax return and saves a lot of time but I think the program has gotten worse over the years instead of better and is more expensive. This year it seemed that it did not remember many of the standard items from my previous returns - for example I almost missed my property tax credit on my state return because Turbotax didn't tell me that I got that break last year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't use it again I used Quickbooks online all year because I thought it would make it easier to use Turbotax at the end of the year. Amazingly, they don't talk to each other and I went through a lot to finally print the QB data and enter it manually. Then the State return that I bought turned out not to populate the information either and I had to do it manually. Very unhappy experience
