Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but... I have used TT for many years. Things that I like: familiarity, includes everything. Things I don't like: it has gotten harder to review your forms as you go. It has also gotten too expensive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Federal Good, but No SC State version Used this Turbo Tax product for the first time to prepare the Trust Tax return for my deceased father's estate. Federal worked great; however, a very bad surprise to find that Turbo Tax did not offer SC State Tax version. I had to prepare the SC State, and mail, by hand. NOT very happy about that! Probably won't use Turbo Tax next year because of that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was better than last year I was happy until I had to deal with customer service. I was hung up on a couple of times. I saw that there was a discount for 15% and ended up getting a 5% discount. Still kinda high for a state return. If you need your taxes done for free, their free option is great for students!
