quick and easyi chose the live free option, and a nice bostonian named bradley helped me through it. i had never had to include a 1099g before. the irs rejected it and the website let me know right away and made it easy to amend the info i had previously entered.

Much easier than doing it aloneIn general, TurboTax is very good; it is amazing to me that everything is coordinated and automatically filled in from the information that I provide. However, here and there are questions that stumped me for awhile, such as how to report our Social Security income and how to document some of our pension income.
