Program provided explanation of all tax items and the ability to receive assistance within minutes was remarkable. I needed clarification and I received a call with a visual in less than 3 minutes. The rep was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Information that was previously entered when I realized I was using the incorrect filing status was retained much to my delight, after realizing I needed to return to the beginning of the filing categories.
