Rated 3 out of 5 by from E-File did not work I completed and checked everything, and Turbo Tax told me it was all good. Both my Federal and State returns were rejected in minutes because of a problem with our AGI's. I don't get it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No, I don't want to pay to e-file my state taxes I have been using Turbotax for some twenty years. One feature I very much dislike is the program's constant pushiness to get me to pay an additional $25 to file my state tax return. There are several points at which you are left wondering how you can do this, if at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall okay but glitch Usually the Premier Tax Review makes filing less painful. This year because IRS changed the K-1 form by adding a K-3 form there was a glitch in the Turbo Tax form. The glitch was resolved by a Turbo Tax expert advising to answer the question "no" instead of "yes". Because it was a Turbo Tax form problem, and not a user (my) problem I was refunded the additional fee for a live tax expert. However, this all required over 2 hours on the phone to resolve. Aargh.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax failed us Received letter from IRS called Turbo Tax as instructed by Turbo Tax Audit Protection "do not call IRS", Instructed by Tax Audit to call IRS or Tubo Tax. I thought I was working with Turbo Tax when I contracted for audit defense after filing. Don't know now what to do. My 2021 Tax filling was changed by IRS to something I dont recognize and Turbo Tax tells me to call the IRS or Turbo Tax. I will not file my tax electronically again.
