Easy to use, asks all the right questions, walks us through all the information needed, and provides good recommendations for reducing taxes owed! E-filing option for both Federal and State is excellent!

The rep who helped me when I got stuck in the middle of my filing is just so nice and patience in other words very good at her job. Kudos to her. I give her 10. My first experience and yes I'm coming back next year for sure. Thanks again!!!
