Rated 1 out of 5 by from Make my own decision on payments I was going to choose which options for assists but this was not supposed to be forced for me to pay $98 for my taxes. I could have done them myself and the page would not let continue until you forced me to pay. I could have chosen the $29 fee but you didn’t allow. I’m not satisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too many ads soliciting upgrades Turbotax asks you to fill out a form and consent to seeing fewer ads. They don't respect that choice since you get solicited anyways throughout the process. Ads to upgrade and upset show up at least 5-6 times. What a sham

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Bad Experience Had to kill the update process, to get passed that. Let it run for more than 1 hour and finally killed it. Then I could proceed with doing my taxes. But then still needed to update the forms to the latest. So once I could run turbotax I was able to update the forms. However, this again took an excessive amount of time. The dialog said it would take 3 minutes. It actually took over 20 minutes, so you can extrapolate the user experience from that. It took me over 4 hours to do my taxes, yet entering my tax information was only about 30 minutes of the whole time. I will definitely be looking for another tax filing solution for next year.
