Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as Easy as I Hoped Federal was quite easy to complete, except for a glitch in program that didn't mesh with my bank data. Happens every year. State return was harder, as it asked questions about what was on my Federal return. I thought that was used to populate my state return. First call to TT the chat person said I'd need to look that up myself, that my state required me to re-enter that data. 3 days of searching for the data and another call to TT, the second person said, "Let me correct what that person told you: We pull that data off your Federal Return." Just as I thought. So why does it ask the questions then?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome experience David, my tax expert, was excellent, engaging, and knowledgeful. He addressed my concerns perfectly. I have trust that the file will be successful, and if not I trust as well TurboTax to help sort it out after this experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Efile transmit didn't work Efile transmit on desktop version didn't work if you chose to transmit federal and Indiana at the same time. You had to deselect the Indiana return and indicate you would efile it later. That's the only way the federal return would transmit. Tried going back after federal return was accepted and program would not transmit Indiana.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Fabulous Ms. Keosha walked me through my tax returns and helped me so very much! She was patient, kind, certainly helpful and her voice tone is very cheerful. Her voice tone is calming and pleasant to listen to even as stressful as this task is. Having Ms. Keosha by my side made this almost a fun experience
