There was an error in the transmission and when I realized it, the charges had went up tremendously. After calling to explain the issue, no care was taken by the representative costing me over a hundred dollars more to file my taxes. I will not be using your services again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like TurboTax Have been using Turbo Tax for years - only thing is I thought the Deluxe came with a free filing for state (via Costco) and this year it was $25. Did I miss it last year? If I did then I would have given 5 stars.
