Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboxTax another year and running! For the tenth year in a row and counting, we have used TurboTax to file electronically with ease and confidence. The plethora of questions that they asked covers all situations you might be involved in. It is thorough, easy to understand and even has help, if needed.

Too many extra validation steps - like having to re-enter bank account data, then pay for filing added too much time. I got a text validation when resetting my password, but then was asked for an email, which delayed my filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Confusing but... Of all the years i have used Turbo Tax, year 2021 was confusing because of Covid-19. I also had issues with the ECN number part found in State Taxes -> Continue -> Edit -> Credits and Taxes -> Health Insurance Penalty. I selected "No ECN" but could not move forward. I followed the advice of a member found in help and was able to proceed though i am not confident with the solution. I hope that i don't get penalized this year.

B) Flags should actually return me to the page, not the beginning of the section. C) If data is needed from another year's return, allow it to get it from previous years' TT files.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Happy with TurboTax I’m annoyed because my return was returned due to a missing form. The whole reason I use TurboTax is so that I won’t end up missing items. I don’t understand how it let me send my return if the form wasn’t completed for my Federal taxes. Why wouldn’t the program stop me and have me go back and correct it?
