Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super Easy and Simple! Overall my first experience with TurboTax was amazing, the employees are super friendly and helpful especially being a first timer. Would definitely recommend!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It could be better I used the online software, which, for entry of one additional form, cost $79. If e-filing without tax software wasn't such a pain, I could have zeroed out that required form this one time. But what's worse is that I only had this one additional form for my federal return only, making my state return a simple form-- but had to pay a $49 fee anyway. I gave up. I have other things to do in life right now besides figure out how to save $50, but it's really frustrating that this software costs so much for my less-than-complicated taxes, with the only benefit honestly being "getting it over with."

The service prompts you through every step and checks for any credits that one is eligible for. It is user friendly and there is a representative to assist you if there are any questions. You can hire an expert for more extensive tax returns via Turbo Tax. It is worth the money.
