Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Experience for Self-Employed NIGHTMARE! Starting my return in early March. The tax experts didn't even start on my taxes until mid-April. Then, they asked me for additional documentation and had me answer the same questions several times. Then, they said that they sent me the docusign to e-file but it never reached my email address. Then they said it was passed the deadline even though I was able to sign it the day before the deadline. Then, they had me start all over. And I had to get reassigned to the same tax expert. Then they charged me even more money $599 for filing my taxes late!!!! Terrible experience.
