Rated 1 out of 5 by from because i have a 401k it made me buy the deluxe your free spill is a joke you guys would make any small adjustment a requirement to pay then you dont warn that paying with your refund costs $40 extra until the last second making someone have to go back 30 pages. wont be using you again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst experience ever using Turbo Tax. I have used Turbo Tax desktop with CDs for years with good results. This year the CD would not load into my computer forcing me to use the Web/online version of Turbo TAX. This version does not allow me to see any of my work as I enter information. It is very slow and I think has charged me $170 or more even though I did NOT request that level. I was told by Ronda, your Turbo Tax rep, to enter in a service code of T8R3QN36G3GCXX when ready to file. No screen came up to "review charges and fees" where she said I would enter this code. I want this corrected. I never ask for anything other than Deluxe and no tax help was ask for or received
