I used HR Block for my taxes for a little over 10 years, this year when I was filing it gave me issues on my state return but didn't really give me a reason why. Decided to give another company a try and Turbo Tax let me know I'm not able to file my state taxes yet but gave me a much clearer reason as to why! For that reason alone, I decide to keep going with Turbo Tax anyways. It was easily just as simple, if not even a little more simple than HR Blocks software as well. Thank you for providing clarity and simplicity to your customers. Also even though I didn't use it and still did the paid version, the free assistance is a great plus to know its there.
