Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax sucks i have asked you for days to fix 2 problems on the final forms being transmitted. both were software issues not data. i received no response after numerous requests. talked to your on line chat and when i answered a question she had no idea what so she hung up, twice. if this is your way of running customers off it's working.

Turbo tax makes it so simple and I do love simple The only issue I had was an update with the Middle Class Tax Refund update but I was able to get ahold of Live Tax Expert Nicole and she easily helped me through everything so overall definitely 5 Stars
