Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome, but It Can Still Be Improved I love Turbo Tax, but why don't they make the Medical Expense module more like the Charitable Contributions Module. You know what I am talking about! Did your star programmer get run over by a bus between the time that he or she finished the Contributions Module and time that he or she needed to do the Medical Expense Module.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK, but Needs Some Fixes The program is generally good, but has a few weaknesses that really need improving. First, after a routine update, I had to activate the program all over again. This was concerning because I believe you are only allowed a limited number of activations before it stops working. Using TT customer support for answers is awkward and difficult which causes unnecessary stress and wasted time. Second, TT continues to be weak in areas where you really need some solid guidance to overcome ambibuous instructions.

I only got here because my friend told me that's how they did it after their sister told them that they should use turbotax... This website was nice and easy to use and idk how I would have managed on my own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First use in year...and it was great! I had my taxes done at a service for several years. It made sense for me to do my taxes myself this year and I was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was. The program prompts were great and lead me through the complete process!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This years experience has been horrible!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent untold hours trying to fix my rejected e-file return because of Federal Form 2210. The rejection message I receive is: "you checked box A asking for a waiver or line 27 does not show a penalty amount. I did not check box A and when all the data is entered there is no penalty owed and therefore line 27 shows 0 as the amount owed. So why does Turbotax or the IRS keep rejecting my return. Either TurboTax or the IRS has a software issue. I have had a tax expert check my Form 2210 and has verified that I have all the information correct.
