Rated 2 out of 5 by from Zero Help with Covid Grants and Loans I was very disappointed with Turbo Tax Business this year. It provided zero guidance whatsoever for handling PPP loans and state level Covid grants. The PPP loan is kind of a BIG DEAL this year. Even though the loans aren't taxable, you still have to report it and include it on your balance sheet. It would have been very easy for them to include a simple questionnaire. DId you receive a PPP loan? What was the amount? What was the amount forgiven? But they did nothing. I called the help number and they gave me another number to call. IT WAS A NUMBER TO THE IRS! I don't think the IRS is going to tell me how to enter the information into TurboTax. I had to google it and read through the questions in the Intuit Community forum. The "high level" people that answered the questions were snarky and unhelpful. I finally found the answer from a "low level" person that explained how to do it. I will be looking for different software to use next year. This company isn't even trying.
