Rated 3 out of 5 by from Time constraints not communicated well I decided to go Full Service Premium because I rented out my house and earned Foreign income. The first time I connected with someone, I spent over an hour answering questions. My internet connection dropped and we rescheduled the next day. However, I had to miss our meeting the next day due to an unplanned trip to the doctor. All the work was released due to not finishing the taxes within a predetermined time period. There seems to be some predetermined time period that the taxes need to be done when Full Service is started. I do not know the reason for this, but it was not communicated well with me. I had to start all over with a 1.5 hour meeting with someone new. However, with Maribel, the process went fairly smooth. I was able to send more documents at my convenience. In the end I was happy with the results. However, making it clear that complicated situations would require 1.5 to 2 hour phone calls would have saved me some time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much easier to use this year, help/search is great The best part about the new setup is the ability to search a form and easily jump to the right part of the return to use it. I have a lot of 109X forms, and it can be confusing figuring out where they go and what you need to input. Having the "jump to" function makes everything much easier.

I had finished and when trying to save the file before buying audit defense the program had a glitch and crashed, then lost all my work. Twice!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from makes complicated taxes easier I don't have much success uploading from brokerage accounts. This could maybe expand a little. Household employment taxes are confusing because we pay taxes through a payroll company as we go through the year and there is no easy way to enter those taxes.
