Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointing this year Ive been a loyal TurboTax used since the 1990's and am greatly disappointed in the 2021 edition. It has been full of bugs, pages that dont respond, won't scroll so that I can hit the "Continue" button, etc. Navigation this year is terrible. I am not sure that I will use this product in the future. In pervious years I would have rated it with 4 or 5 stars but this year I give it a solid "2". The worst problem is that it wont allow me to file electronically; it simply hangs up and dies. Awful edition.
