Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked fine, but dowload would have been $40 less Easy and worked great, no issues. I should have downloaded the "CD" version, as I would have saved $40.00, but as it was all done, I did not want to start over. Pricing is misleading, Otherwise 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax !!!!!!! I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. Used to pay several hundred dollars every year to have my taxes done. Decided to try your software and was certainly glad I Did. It is so easy to use and saves me money. What more could you ask for.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bought Software and STILL HAD TO PAY TO E-FILE I PURCHASED THE TURBOTAX PROGRAM FOR AROUND 50.00 AND THAT WAS WITH AN ADUIT GURANTEE HELP, YEAH FOR 45 MORE, THEN I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER ADDTIONAL SET OF FEES TO E-FILE BOTH MY STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES, SO IN THE END WE SHOULD HAVE JUST WENT TO OUR OLD ACCOUNTANT BC WE PAID MORE WITH TURBOTAX THAN WHAT WE DID JUST TO DROP OFF PAPERWORK AND HAVE THEM DO ALL THE LEGWORK, AND THEN WE CAME BACK PAID 65.00 AND THEY GAVE US OUR FILED TAXES. NOT GOING TO RETURN AS A CUSTOMER IF YOUR COMPANY IS JUST GOING TO CONTINUE TO ADD FAT TO THE TOTAL COST FOR ME TO FILE MY OWN TAXES....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Small hiccup, but still rather easy! The only hiccup was receiving a confirmation email from Intuit through Gmail. This is my second year filing with Turbotax, and I will always use them because it's so simply, they're super helpful, and makes filling taxes a breeze.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot transfer last year's basic business info Had to type in every single piece of business information I entered last tax year using Turbo tax. So what was the value of asking users if they want to transfer information? Also, software does not explain entries sufficiently well in ways that do not require consulting an accountant. Also, some of the questions asked of a passthrough S corp are meant only for a c-corp. Just a mess and a setup for errors. Maybe that is the business model
