Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unable to E-file state return - software glitch Was unable to E-file my state return because of your software glitch. In FORM 593, your software automatically inputted my name in the "Remitter" and not the escrow company's name, as it should have been. I called your tech support, and they were well aware of the situation. However, they said there was no fix yet and had no idea if there will be a fix before this year's tax deadline. It is very frustrating that such a reputable tax software company would have such a tiny glitch in the software, and worse yet, did not fix the issue before the tax deadline. Your software developers need to resolve these issues immediately!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is perfectly Serviceable Turbotax is certainly an acceptable tax filing software, however, the length of install on a 2019 Windows 10 machine is slow. The process is simple to follow and the software leads you through it without any trouble. I have used Turbotax for years and will continue to do so in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have used TurboTax for years It is always easy to use the step by step walk through the tax forms. It tells you if you are missing anything or have made a mistake. I file with 2 schedule C businesses and it helps to know I can feel confident in my tax filing.
