Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is horrible I am using TurboTax business version for 3 consective years. It gave me surprise EVERY YEAR! Especially this year. Firstly, it can not be activated. I spent two hours on the phone and then they told me I need to change my screen resolution to the lowest. What is that? Secondly, at the time of filing. It insists on me filling out the VA 502A schedule even if it has nothing to do with me. I searched the forum and found many people have the same issue. And all the solutions do not work for me. I am currently waiting for another 2 hours now...

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I had to receive this education tax break/grant which then forced me to pay more money than the money I would be receiving from said tax break. I would like to understand why exactly I needed to pay $110 for this "deluxe" service? If I had known I would end up paying more, I just would not have taken the tax break/grant.
