Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so easy I own my own business, and hate doing my taxes with all the receipts etc...However, Turbo Tax made everything so easy. If you use Intuit's other products such as Quickbooks or Mint, Turbo Tax will import all your expenses and deductions for you. This saved me so many hours. Thank you!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Saved much time I filed 1120S Fed and State. Certainly a time saver, but also directed me to the correct forms needing filed. Many forms were referred to simply by number and questions asking if I wanted to complete "Form XXXX," and did not suggest reason why I might need to do so, nor state the name of the form, only the number. I chose to file state taxes as well and once completed I was taken back to finalize Federal for e-filing and then save/print. It was not clear what happened to the state filing, which required mailing paper only. Finally figured it out and found the State Forms at end of Federal in the pdf. Help in trying to get rid of an incorrect K-1 was no help as gave wrong direction while I was repeatedly prohibited from e-filing due to an incomplete form (K-1) that was never needed. Found in Forms that I could simply delete. Still the Help answers could not give this simple direction. TurboTax might moderate their help questions/answers more thoroughly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Self Employment Version is overpriced The requirement to use the self employmed version to decuct any business expense income is a bad way to tier the versions. In many cases, people with second jobs have limited income that doesn't make it worth it.
