Buggy software for 2020Working through and processing 2020 tax return was VERY buggy this year. System kept asking for non-existent W2s, associated a W2 to the wrong person, and at one point refused to file electronically due to all of the sudden needing a mystery tax form (that was not needed in the past, and after erasing and starting again managed to process fine). This is stupid, sloppy programming.
