At the beginning the process seemed straight forward, however I was mislead into purchases services I didn't need for my simple tax return. I called 4 times trying to process a refund for the services, and was told that my claim was not there even though I had processes two separate requests. I finally gave up and filled my taxes, but I will not be back again next year.
